What this site collects, and what it does not.
Written in plain language because it is short. Last updated 6 August 2026.
The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies. We know what you sent us because you filled in the form and pressed the button. That is the whole of it.
What we collect
The contact form. If you fill it in, we receive what you typed: your name, and where you provide them your company, email address, phone number, trade and message. We use that to reply to you and to prepare for the call. Nothing else.
Server logs. This site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, their servers record standard request information including IP addresses, which is used to serve the site and to keep it working. We do not build profiles from it and we do not sell it.
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies on this site.
- We do not run analytics, heatmaps or session recording.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels here.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Who else can see it
Two companies are involved in the mechanics of this site:
- Netlify hosts the site and processes contact form submissions.
- Our email provider carries the reply we send you.
Both are service providers acting on our behalf. Nobody else receives what you send us.
Demos on this site
Our own software demo is embedded on some pages. It is a demonstration built with sample data, it has no login and it stores nothing about you. It is deliberately blocked from search engines and can only be embedded by us.
Where we link to a client's live site, that site is theirs and has its own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation you started, and we delete them on request.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email info@afuture.solutions or call (414) 404-6441 and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this changes we will change this page and update the date at the top. There is no version history to dig through.
