Privacy Policy
A Future Solutions ("we", "us") builds custom operations software for businesses, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This policy covers our website (afuture.solutions and afuture.net) and our internal team application, A Future Command (app.afuture.solutions). We keep this simple because our model is simple: we sell software, not data.
What we collect on the website
- Contact and quote requests. If you reach out, we receive what you send: your name, email, company, and message. We use it to respond and prepare your quote. Nothing else.
- No tracking. The website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Video and fonts load from content networks (CloudFront, Google Fonts), which see standard request data like your IP address.
What we collect in A Future Command (our team app)
Command is used by our own team, not by clients or the public. For team members signed into the app:
- Account and activity. Name, work email, call outcomes, meetings, deals, chat messages, calendar events, and notes, stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) to run the business.
- Email access. If a team member connects their company mailbox, the credentials are stored only on their own device. Our mail relay passes them through per request and never stores them.
- Notifications. If enabled, a push subscription token is stored so we can deliver team notifications. Turning notifications off deletes it.
- Prospect data. Business contact information for outreach (company names, roles, business phone numbers) sourced from public records and licensed data providers such as Apollo.io.
Who we share data with
Nobody, except the service providers that host our infrastructure: Netlify (hosting and functions), Supabase (database), Spaceship/Spacemail (email), and CloudFront (media delivery). Each receives only what is needed to provide its service. We do not sell or rent any personal information, ever.
Client project data
When we build software for a client, the client owns their data and the finished software. We access client business data only as needed to build, launch, and support the project, under the terms of that engagement.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact inquiries as long as needed to serve you, and business records as required for accounting and law. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the law does not require us to keep it). Email us and we will handle it.
If you are on a call with us
Our sales team calls businesses using publicly available and licensed business contact information. If you would like your business removed from our call list, tell the rep or email us; removal is immediate and permanent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
